Very pleased with the new cover. The ordering process was simple, and shipping was timely. This is the second one that I have purchased. The other one lasted 14 1/2 years. I enjoy its functionality and ease of use. It is very easy to install and looks great!

It was a good value for the money. The material was made out of tough quality material, and easy as hell to install. The end gate lock down design is a tremendous improvement over other designs, easy to operate, and quite secure when latched.

the Wife has an old 02 Toyota Tacoma,(175,000m) still in great shape, but need some things to make it look better again new wheels and tires, new headlights(fogged over), and blinkers, new rear bumper last year. . the tonneau cover was the last needed thing to bring it back. I rated all 5s but won't know most of the real answers for a few weeks… but don't foresee any problems

Cover fit perfectly (after call to Real Truck support team member, who explained that my truck bed is wider at the cab then it is at the tailgate). Easy installation, folds easily as advertised.

Purchased a trifold soft tonneau cover, it was reasonably priced, came fairly quick and easy install. Love this product.

Have not had it that long, but I will say it is doing what I expected it to do. It looks great on my truck. Fits good. Time will tell how durable it is for lasting a good long time. I hope that the customer support will be there when and if I need them. we have had some rain, and no leaks. that is a big plus. And the price was great to. good value. Thanks.

The installation process was straightforward. Managed to get it on and strapped down fairly easily though the strap mounting levers on the rear seem a little iffy when "locked". But that is because the top isn't cranked down too much when locking the straps to the underside of the truck bed walls. The front of the cover has two mounting pieces of hardware on each side for a total of four strap mounts in the front. They seem to work pretty well, however. Better written instructions would have helped with the strapping down of the front of the cover. Maybe I just missed that on the website or in the box. The cover's top vinyl material has a little give to it allowing the vinyl to flutter a bit when driving. I'm not sure that will mean anything regarding wear and tear of the cover material itself. Overall I am giving the cover four stars as I think the front strap locks could be made a little differently to better facilitate taking the cover completely off and of course to reinstall the cover again. It's a bit more time consuming to disconnect four straps (plus the two others in the rear) just to uninstall/reinstall the cover. But I don't think it is too much of a thing though, and I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I was excited when I received my bed cover but upon unwrapping the product one of the seal strips was damaged. Customer service was helpful in sending me a replacement part. It's just annoying that I had to wait a week for the part and then have to replace the strip myself. I'd be hesitant to recommend either the TonnoPro brand or Realtruck site because I don't know who packages the products. Overall once's the product was fixed and installed it looked good.

Was excited to install my new Tonneau cover. However, when I began to install, I had to re-drill the holes because they did not line up with the holes in the bed of the truck. Also, the weatherstrip seal was missing a large piece of rubber that caused the covered not to seal correctly.

Although customer service is responsive and kind, the tonneau cover for my 2014 Honda Ridgeline Sport is made to ride the inner truck bed wall rail and NOT fit over the lip of the bed walls!!! After receiving two guaranteed fit covers that were 1" narrower than the INNER wall of my truck bed, I was told that this is how it's supposed to fit. How is it supposed to keep water off the truck bed contents when it can't even cover the bed. I can't believe anyone would want this. Certainly not me. Why even make one for a Ridgeline if you can't fit it. 20 days of back and forth before I'm told the reality.
