RealTruck UnderCover Armor Flex Hard Folding Tonneau Cover Fits 2015-2020 Ford F-150 6'7" Bed (78.9")

The fit, ease of installation, and the looks of this tonneau cover is amazing! You can still use the whole bed of the truck if needed or keep your gear covered and secure.

The hard folding tonneau cover was very sturdy and slick looking on the truck. Keeps everything dry. Compliments the white and the spray in bed liner.

I had a difficult time at first getting the cover to work correctly. The real truck support staff were there for me to walk me through the process. Now I'll cover works as it was intended to, and I'm very thankful to the support staff at real truck.

This is my second one and the first looked as good as new for 6 years. I never have had any water issues period. My new cover went on easily, aligned nicely and set flat. My rubber flange around the edge didn't set flat due to being folded up for shipping. A quick over pass of these areas with my wife's hair dryer corrected it.

My cover is a beautiful hard cover. I love the release latches and overall look. One thing I would like to see is the rubber seal in the front and rear be a little longer and curve over the tailgate and front edge of the bed rather than the adhesive foam at the front

I really like the looks of the UF Armor on my Ridgeline. Install would have gone smoother if the instructions or video anywhere indicated you needed to remove the plastic inserts from the inner rails in order to slide the inner clamps into the rail channel. Once I figured that out, I was able to complete the install, but not after several frustrating attempts to get the inner rails to sit flush.

To install the brackets for mounting to the truck, you have to take the end cap off and slide the bracket into the side of the cover rail. I figured this out by looking at the PDF and saw the view of how the bracket was supposed to hold the rail.

This is my second armor flex cover. The first one had for four years without any issues. This one I installed in about 1/2 hour. It looks nice, but it not as tight fitting as my last one. I have only had it for several weeks so I will see how it holds up. The price has certainly risen in 4 years

Instructions were clear and simple to follow. Installation can be done by someone the has very little mechanical experience, but you will need a second person to make it much easier. I spent excessive time on positioning just right by myself and could have accomplished this much quicker if i had help. The foam that was provided was too thick for my application and without it I did not get a good weathertight seal on the cover near the cab. It looks great and functions as described.

The GMC 1500 Sierra truck features premium plastic side covers that the UnderCover Armor Flex Hard Folding Tonneau Cover rests upon, secured from below. There's an approximate 1/8” gap between the original plastic components, and even with the provided spacers, the cover allows significant flex and movement in the railing. This makes it challenging for the cover's latch to engage properly and secure itself. At times, I find myself needing to stabilize the tonneau cover's railing while closing it to ensure it snaps in place and locks effectively. Additionally, I noticed my cover had remnants of aluminum milling and small metal shavings scattered across its surface. A more thorough cleaning prior to assembly at the factory would have been appreciated.
