I had a difficult time at first getting the cover to work correctly. The real truck support staff were there for me to walk me through the process. Now I'll cover works as it was intended to, and I'm very thankful to the support staff at real truck.

The fit, ease of installation, and the looks of this tonneau cover is amazing! You can still use the whole bed of the truck if needed or keep your gear covered and secure.

Cover arrived neatly packaged. Instructions could have been more clear but, overall, installation was easy. I found it to be much easier to install the side rail clamps into the rail tracks first, rather than trying to hold the rail up with one hand while attaching and tightening the clamps with the other. The clamps are then easily slid into the correct position along the rail. My biggest disappointment is in the lack of robustness of the struts that hold up the cover when fully opened. On first use, the cheap design allowed the metal clip to pop off. Since this is what holds the strut in place, its loss would've rendered the strut useless. Second disappointment was with the amount of leakage at each of the back corners while simply hosing down the cover during a wash of my truck. I expected some leakage but not that much. I added a strip of rubber insulation, much heftier than the foam strip that is included, and hope that will stem the leakage.

This cover seems durable enough for my light to moderate usage. I didn't have any issues with the installation, and it has keep everything in the bed dry so far. I would caution potential buyers that it is not built to be water proof, but should do a fine job of keeping protected items from getting swamped.

Installation was straight forward, though in hindsight I would have aligned the front gasket with the rear of the bulkhead instead of the front as instructed. This would have prevented a small gap on each side that I had to plug with sone left over foam from the packing material. The rails went on easy and level. Fit and finish looked good when the install was complete. I parked the truck in the sun for a couple hours and any wrinkles in the rubber side moldings smoothed out nicely. The only gaps I notice for potential water intrusion is at the front corners have a slight gap but may draw down more as the front foam compresses.

Improved over an Undercover Tonneau Cover I purchased in 2017 for my 2017 Nissan Titan XD. Fits my 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD, AT4 perfectly. My only complaint is the little red levers on the gas struts pop off occasionally becoming easy to lose.

The GMC 1500 Sierra truck features premium plastic side covers that the UnderCover Armor Flex Hard Folding Tonneau Cover rests upon, secured from below. There's an approximate 1/8” gap between the original plastic components, and even with the provided spacers, the cover allows significant flex and movement in the railing. This makes it challenging for the cover's latch to engage properly and secure itself. At times, I find myself needing to stabilize the tonneau cover's railing while closing it to ensure it snaps in place and locks effectively. Additionally, I noticed my cover had remnants of aluminum milling and small metal shavings scattered across its surface. A more thorough cleaning prior to assembly at the factory would have been appreciated.
