They are not watertight but real close, I picked my family up from the airport in a monsoon had all they're luggage in the back and stayed dry, only had a little bit of water in a few spots the sides and right by the tailgate. Low profile, looks sleek. I held it up with the arms and put a mattress in the back. Was so nice being able to drive with it up and held in place to make use of the whole bed.
This is the nicest cover available. The flush fit looks amazing! The seals keep the elements out and your gear dry. The carpeted underside looks amazing and serves my purposes for protecting fishing rods from hitting a hard surface. Absolutely everything I needed in a tonneau cover!!!
This is the second one I've owned and I still love it. First was on a 2022 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X. Second is on a 2024 Ford F 150 short bed. The new one with the updated rails stayed almost bone dry through a torrential rain and two washings. Got a great deal from RealTruck with fast shipping. Thank you!
We replaced a Bak flip4 with the ultra cover. What a difference! The manufacturer was even willing to provide insulation instructions compared to the bak flip4 that thing was a piece of junk thank you guys for getting rid of that awful cover and replacing it with a good one you guys are the best. 9
It looks amazing works amazing fits great! Was easy to install myself in a couple hrs. I had an undercover one piece on a ranger and I didn't like the fit but this fits great and is easy to use!! Would highly recommend it
I love the low profile look of the Undercover Ultra Flex cover. The installation wasn't too complicated. I only needed to enlarge the drainage holes in the truck bed to accommodate the supplied drain tubes from the rain channels. The cover works well and closes easily and is secure.
This is my second cover - one on my F150, new one on my F250. Both have been great fits and very watertight. Hoping the new one holds up as well as the old one did.
This is my second purchase of this exact cover for my GMC Sierra. My first was purchased in 2018 for a Colorado. I like the subtle design improvements since then. The clip for stowing the part-open straps, the better release on the structs, the right and left channels seem a better fit. Here's the negatives: The purchase experience was not fluid. I had to explicitly ask for shipping status. It took longer than expected to get the cover. The shipping box, while supposedly improved, took damage from the shipper. Nothing about the cover was damaged. Then, most important, the whole cover and parts were covered in aluminum chips, clearly left over from manufacturing. I had to very carefully remove them with a vacuum to avoid scratching things.
Would it be too much to ask to have the rubber weather striping around the topper a half inch longer and wider. Also rails were about an inch to short.
I have 2025 pro 4x Frontier and the cover doesn't fit properly. I have to close tail gate then unfold hard cover afterwards it will not lock. It looks good but not a good fit.
