Not too thick and the calories and protein are perfect for my situation. Recommend!!

Really came in handy for a loved one undergoing radiation treatment for lung cancer. The repeat radiation burns the esophagus, thereby making it almost impossible to eat, due to the intense pain %26 burning when swallowing. This was the only thing he was able to consume, to keep his calories and protein levels up. Strawberry is the fav!

Excellent product, good, clean ingredients. I use it for my son who is a picky eater and he loves the chocolate flavor. We have tried other brands but he prefers this the most. Usually he can drink 1 and sometimes 1.5 drinks a day. I am happy that the beverage doesn't have any artificial ingredients or too much sugar. In my experience chilled tastes the best. I advise anyone to start with small amounts at first and then increase over time.

My son was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with Crohn's. He's been on complete EEN (drinking 4 Reason a day) for the last 3 weeks. After trying countless nutritional drinks (Kate Farms, Ensure, Boost, etc.), Reason is the only one he tolerated and liked. He says it's smooth, tastes great, and having 3 flavors to choose from keeps him from getting tired of the same thing. I'm so glad we found this!!!

These are so good! Best nutritional shakes I've had that aren't vegan. They don't make me vomit. The others did! And they're high calorie. Very good!!Just pricey. That's the only bad.

Reason chocolate shakes are lighter to drink than most protein shakes, still very tasty and easy to digest. These were a staple in our kitchen during chemotherapy. And Reason's customer service team is wonderful -- so easy to deal with, so responsive and caring. Highly, highly recommend over any other beverage for this type of medical issue. Even our oncologist was impressed by the ingredients.

Reason is hands down the best nutritional beverage on the market for those trying to gain or maintain weight. After trying many different nutritional beverages/protein drinks, I've concluded that this is the one. Taste blows away the competition and they use MCT Oil and HIGH QUALITY EUROPEAN MILK PROTEIN, NOT WHEY PROTEIN. I also love that is has no artificial sweeteners, and HFCS or other junk. Highly recommend!

Reason was recommended by a oncologist dietician to help maintain weight in preparation for upcoming surgery. So far I have tried chocolate and vanilla. Both taste fine and the 450 calories help avoid weight loss.

My husband ordered 3 cases of Equate Meal Replacement Shake of creamy milk chocolate and we received one case of 12 drinks of Reason High Calorie Ready to drink chocolate and he does not want them....he wants the equate drinks as that is what he has been drinking for years. Besides that the Reason drinks are the same price for 12 drinks as the Equate drinks are for 36 drinks. Please send the correct Equate drinks and we will return the others to the store.
