These items fit my Meta Quest 3 perfectly. Pay attention, as this only fits the Quest 3, no other models. I bought this specifically wanted to block the light from the nose gap. But it doesn't work at all. The light still gets through from the gap. And the part touching your face gets so wet from using. It becomes slippery and doesn't feel comfortable at all.

Did not fit properly. It covered the sensors for the controllers so the headset did not pick up the controller movements or when they were in use.
