I am quite pleased with this set of bluetooth hearing aid headphones. Read the instructions carefully and I think you will be pleased as well. I have a hint for anyone who purchases these: Keep the volume low!! if they are too loud, the sound will be somewhat "tinny." That isn't the fault of the hearing aids and the best adjustment you can make is turn the sound volume level down! You can always turn it back up. Just increase volume slowly. I found these to be comfortable and easy to learn how to "lock" them in place. if you are worried about losing one, get one of those chain/leather cords meant to secure glasses - they are inexpensive and they work. You are going to love these. oh I forgot. They are super on phone calls.

I have Hyperaccusis (look it up). I am at the point in my life when I need to hear somethings and reduce others. The music and phone calls I can adjust. The hearing of external sounds(voices and area noise) I can not reduce. Imagine the sound of a torch whistle screaming in your head. If there is a way to reduce, it's not clear in the instructions.

I like the fit of the ear plugs and the way they suction in the ear, But it is hard to determine if the earplugs are on or off. The volume buttons are too small, you have to feel your way around to find them and when you find them the volume does not go up that high.

I don't recommend it as a hearing aide. It had issues being a hearing aide, it would shut off on one aide or the other, switches back and forth, turning off and on like it was still trying to be connected to phone for bluetooth. yes phone bluetooth was off. It works fine as bluethooth headset. It had great sound for that purpose. it can not easily change between the two.

The cartilage in both ears is damaged making it difficult for hearing aids to stay in place. This includes $4000 aids. I purchased these because of their over the ear hook that was great for keeping aids in place and secure. Unfortunately the sound quality was unacceptable to me. Loud noises were amplified and conversations were difficult to hear. These are fine for watching TV. What now works well for me are AirPod Pro 2 with aftermarket ear hooks. These work well, stay in place while doing physical work and are adjustable for various needs.

bought for my husband he says they are not comfortable can not be made to fit comfortable and the instructions are not plainly explained due to them being shipped from 3rd party and forienge country 😢 wasted money

good for listening to phone but not good hearing aids by a long shot

not only did this arrive with an earpiece broken off, they just stopped working after a few days, also VERY uncomfortable when wearing

this dies not replace hearing aids even though it is nice but it is not for me
