This seals the bags tightly, however keep in mind that you have to use it like a stapler to seal properly , because sliding it does not seal properly .

it works well! its a must in the kitchen since so often the seal comes apart or doesnt seal tightly, this is a great back up to keeping your products sealed

This is a gift for someone, but Walmart was MUCH cheaper than Amazon for this. Amazon wanted gigantic shipping/handling charges even though I have Amazon Prime.

depending on the bag it can be awkward. where you start to seal.. you have to go back and close that slight gap. but overall a decent product that does what it says it will do

The product gets so hot that it cuts a hole in the bag rather than sealing it! I was very excited when ordering as I thought I would be getting a cool new gadget, but was very disappointed with the product that arrived.

Bought these as a stocking stuffer for family and am very disappointed in mine. It's particular about the type of plastic packaging it will seal. Also, it often cuts and seals at the same time (when not desired). Impossible to seal completely across the bag. This is in a kitchen drawer now and I continue to use my chip clips.

One did not work at all. The other would rarely seal a chip bag. Seemed like a great idea. Rechargeable. Not expensive. But Disappointing. Returned.

This was very hard to get on the edge of a potato chip bag, it kept slipping and tearing the bag, eventually I gave up and used a bag clip to seal it up. Complete waste of money.

I bought 3 of these devices as gifts and they were a waste of money! None of them sealed a bag no matter how slow it was moved across the bag top. The charge ran out really quick also.
