The only issue I had was how hard it was to put on the back! It's a firm but comfy seat. I did misunderstood the description of message for massage but I didn't buy it for a massage feature. I love the multi function of the chair. Perfect size for my apartment

its a good value for the money. definitely better then the rocker we got for the nursery that was the same price but was not worth the money spent at all. If i could go back would of definitely got this chair instead.

We love it, it is great for this price. It doesn't have message feature don't get it wrong but definitely nice for relaxing. Very easy to put together

Easy to assemble and quality is overall good. Has been very useful for our baby. My husband is the one who picked it out since he's 6ft tall. I'm 5ft, so it's a little hard for me to recline it all the way.

I received the wrong recliners. They didn't have the massage feature so they're replacing them for me. That's why I only gave it a 4 star rating. The chair was easy to assemble, well packed, and quite lovely! They do swivel rock and recline plus are comfortable and don't take up a lot of space. I love them except they don't have the massage feature which is the main reason for the purchase. I will update my review once I receive the replacement recliners with the massage feature.😊

Chair was packed well and received without damage. It is a great value (price) and the size was what I was looking for. It could be made with a softer cushion and softer fabric. I would recommend to others.

The chair is easy to assemble and it fits in small spaces the chair rocks nice and comfortable for a certain moment…. When you pull the recliner back you have to fight with the head part to go back and put your feet underneath to move up the feet part of it . As you go back the chair keeps moving forward and instead of “reclining back “ you're moved forward again

The only thing that is odd about the chair is it swivels when in the reclined position which is tricky and the foot rest are a bit stiff to put down

it will not recline snd the footrest wont come up either. took it out of box snd put it together. reclined once and now it wont recline or allow footrest to come up

THE CHAIR LOOKS LIKE A QUALITY PIECE OF FURNITURE, IS COMFORTABLE, SWIVELS AND ROCKS GREAT B-U-T I NEED A RECLINER TO PROP UP MY LEGS AND THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT IT. THERE IS A MECHANICAL PROBLEM WITH THIS CHAIR -- AT LEAST THE ONE I RECEIVED. ONCE YOU RECLINE, IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE FOOT REST TO "CATCH" AND RETURN THE CHAIR BACK TO NORMAL I AM HANDICAPPED AND IT'S BEEN A HUGE FRUSTRATION AND DANGEROUS FOR ME SINCE I HAVE HAD TO GET OUT OF THE CHAIR WITHOUT THE FOOT PART GOING BACK UNDER WHICH HAS ALMOST CAUSED ME TO FALL NUMEROUS TIMES. IF I FALL IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET UP AND CONSIDERING I LIVE BY MYSELF, THAT IS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM – AND POSSIBLY A LEGAL ONE FOR YOU IF I GET SERIOUSLY HURT! *IF SOMEONE AT THE COMPANY CAN GIVE ME A WORK-A-ROUND TO FIX THIS PROBLEM I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. * ***I WOULD HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND BUT CAN'T DISASSEMBLE IT TO RETURN IT***
