it has a very distict smoked taste. i enjoy the taste and texture. primarily i use this cheese on crackers . sometimes i use it on mexican food to give a grilled outdoors taste. its really delicious.

This actually tastes like you're eating a kind of wax that has been smoked. It lacks flavor of white cheddar, the texture is odd no apple flavor or smoked but it does taste burnt. I had such high hopes from the title but nope grossly disappointed

This cheese is soooo good it's hard to be disciplined when using it. I try to slice it really thin to use it on crackers and rice cakes but it's so delicious I keep wanting more. And the ingredients are good too.

This cheese is worth the xtra $$. The taste is excellent. It tastes the way cheese used to taste before they started adding all those chemicals to it.

If you like smoked cheese, this is what to get. I got it to just try it. And I loved it. Really good cheese

this is the best cheese I think I've ever had! It taste phenomenal on grilled cheese shredded over tacos or steak and potatoe

This cheese has a good smoke flavor, but you can barely taste the cheddar. I;m guessing they used mild ched for this but you should ALWAYS use medium or sharp for a smoked ched. The texture is plasticy like, (reminds me of a firm version of a processed cheese product, or a fat free/low fat cheese). Def not use for guest. The cheap price should've alarmed me of the quality bcz any other brand of smoked cheddar, would cost $8-9 for this size. Unfortunately this was the only smoked ched my local walmart carries. I'll use it on ham n cheese biscuits and burgers, not good enough for snacking/entertaining.

He liked it, I didn't. The rind edges are slightly smoked, but the cheese overall was rubbery. Just not a pleasant texture.

I ordered a delivery order and the cheese was not in the order I was billed for it, but there's no listing for me to return it so I can't review it because I didn't receive it
