We really enjoy the texture and flavor of this Gouda cheese. Goes great with bacon on toast in the morning or anytime.

Love the smokey, yet-creamy flavor cutting into a slice putting on bagel or bread, or in the salad bowl. Can't beat it :)

This was substituted for President's Brie Cheese and it's a Gouda cheese and is pretty good. It is really smoked like a a smoked fish is, not just the smoke flavor and if you like real Applewood smoked taste a lot you'll love this cheese.

It was a bit coarse in tsture, and could use a bit more smoke for my taste, but stillnot a bad cheese to choose.

I only gave 3 stars because of my personal acquired taste.. it's probably amazing if you like Gouda. I had Gouda once at a cookout and I remember it being sweet!?? I thought...

Cannot find any information about this item other than they want me to review my purchase that I have never received. I just don't understand what's going on. I wish someone could help me. I really want to try this product sounds great. Someone please help.
