A nice breakfast cheese.
Very good cheese. Very light Gruyère, very light smoke. Kid friendly. Not powerful or a strong flavor to blast your palette. Very calm. Consistency, easy to chew. Harder than cream cheeses or feta, or paneer. Not rubbery chewy. Softer than most American cheddar. Similar to Munster in taste and density, although less waxy. Very American flavor profile and texture. Pairs well with Carmel ice coffee and tart apples. Isn't sweating unfavorably or drying in high ambient temperature.

Red Apple Cheese, worth every penny.
A little pricier than most gruyere cheeses, but so soft and smoky, melts to perfection every time! Had a nice nutty quality that pairs well with sourdough bread for grilled cheese and perfect for dipping inti tomato basil soup

doggone fine lower moisture smoked cheese. can't get enough! no, I mean I can't get enough - my store is often out of this.
