I know this isn't labeled as thin crust pizza but the crust is thin so it comes out nice and crunchy. Only slight negative is there's not enough cheese on the pizza. We always add a little extra basil and a lot more cheese before cooking and it comes out perfectly. It does not reheat well in the microwave if you're going to eat a slice or two the next day you will need an air fryer or toaster oven to get the crust to crisp up or else it will be soggy. This is the only frozen pizza we love. And you can't beat the price. So much better than delivery. Definitely recommend!
I take the Pepperoni's off. stick in the microwave and cook them up a little crunchy. then put back on the pizza and add alittle more mozz cheese (I'm a cheese fanatic) and it makes it takes 10 times better with them cooked ahead . just my opinion. anyways . (sometimes I add extra cooked pepp of my own on there also) . I bake it on tin foil . and here's a tip . if you want a soft crust. leave the cardboard under it while it's cooking . sounds crazy but one time I accidently did it and I've been doing it ever since. my Pepperoni's are already crunchy bc I cook them ahead . and if you add a lot of cheese like me and don't want your crust to get hard .or burnt wrap foil around it while it's cooking and it will cook evenly. trust me I'm mastered it over time ! lol. I also add a tad bit of sugar to my Pepperoni's when I add a bunch also. . and break out the tums bc you will need them lol. but so worth it lol
I don't know why some people still pay such high prices for delivery pizza. I love Red Baron pizza and it's always priced right. I buy the more plain versions then spice it up as I like, with extra veggies or cheese or different meats. It's perfect for movie and game nights or just a simple dinner when you don't feel like cooking.
This pizza is a weekly staple in our household because it never disappoints. The sauce has a perfect zesty seasoning that balances well with the savory pepperoni, and it never tastes overly sweet. It feeds two people easily for a quick lunch or dinner, making it an incredibly reliable and affordable option to keep stocked in the freezer.
I have special needs children and pizza is always a quick way to get dinner on the table in a hurry. We pair it with a salad most times. It cooks in about 20 minutes in an electric double wall oven and we take it out and let it sit about 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Slicing into 4 large pizza shop style slices seems to work best. We love this one.
This product is on top with the greats, the sauce is tangy,an with the four meats displayed on top are mouthwatering to the taste buds.thr crust comes out perfectly every time.works great with the kids or the bros on any occasion.I will recommend this product to anyone who would listen
Out of the frozen pizzas this one is my favorite! I'm not even a pizza person but this one crips beautifully in the oven! It's totally okay to give it a few extra minutes if you want it really crunchy. The pepperonis aren't spicy not greasy and even though it may not seem like a lot of cheese it comes out perfectly coated. The instructions for cooking are on point. I love to have it as the breadstick to a side salad or soup but it's honestly great in its own. It doesn't come soggy, it holds its shape which I love. I never crave pizza from a pizza place but I get one or two of these with every grocery trip I make cause it's just that good!
Pizzas out have gotten so pricey, so we gave this a try. It really is very good, but I would like thicker pepperoni and more cheese, we have had several of these, and they are a much better choice than the more pricey ones out! I would recommend it and we will continue to eat them! I add a little extras and still have less $$ in them than ordering out! These days you have to watch budget for sure!!
This is one of the least expensive options for a frozen pizza and it's a really good frozen pizza! I like it better than several of the frozen pizza options that cost a lot more. I originally wanted to try it as a step above the Jacks thin pizzas, but was pleasantly surprised at how good the Red Baron brand it. The crust crisps up nicely and has a nice flavor, the sauce is good and there are plenty of toppings distributed evenly across the pizza. The dough has a nice flavor and is not too heavy on the garlic. I keep this on hand (in the freezer) for a quick meal or a snack for the kids, and it's a perfect stand by. I have tried a lot of frozen pizzas and very few of them are worth the price. But usually when we want a quick frozen pizza, these hit the spot perfectly.
Yesteryear, Red Baron was my go-to quick bake frozen pizza for absolute years! Today, it is a VERY different recipe from the original recipe my family once knew and loved. It once was a delicious pizza pie to thoroughly enjoy! Sadly, that ship has sailed. . The cheese is NOT CHEESE at all. It simply is not a dairy product we've all known as cheese that they're sprinkling on top their horrific crust. More like some sort of PLASTIC as ‘cheese', to be clear. . The crust NEVER completely bakes. The crust REMAINS RAW and gooey even after ADDITIONAL baking time. Go figure. . Now the sauce is the best in the business, on the sweeter side but perfectly tangy. I will miss the sauce. . BUT that FAKE CHEESE is troubling. In combination with the creepy crust I am officially finished with the new plastic cheese Red Baron Pizzas stand on. We had a good thing going for a very long time, all things come to an end … in The End.
