Red Heart Soft Baby Steps Yarn-Strawberry

I am crocheting a child's blanket and this yarn us is soft and excellent for this project. It is a bit open to 'catching' so the hook has to be accurate...but then this pattern involves a lot of 'bobs' where there are five crochets in one loop...so .kind of crowded. On the whole..lovely.

So far the colored yard is great. The white had a few joined areas that you can see in the finished work.

Super soft, yet durable. Reminds me of Caron Simply Soft yarn. I love working with this yarn even if it does try to split from time to time...

I love this yarn for baby items'. It is very soft for a baby;s tender skin. However, not many colors are available like there were before. I buy it whenever I can find it.

When has Red Heart disappointed you? This color is so appropriate for a little one to cuddle in and compliments their baby skin color - not matter what it might be.

A soft to the touch yarn that knits into pretty baby items...sweaters and blankets. The only (almost) downside is that the colored skeins knit at a slightly different gauge than the white. This hasn't been an issue for me with the patterns I've chosen to use.

I really love how soft the yarn is but I was very disappointed when I received my order. I ordered the color strawberry and this yarn says it has no dye lots but the yarn I received is not the same strawberry as the strawberry that I already have. I won't return it because it'll cost more to do that than it's worth but I cannot use it in the project I need it for.

i love working with this yarn but i must say it makes me upset to have to stop and take knots out through 2 of the balls and not just one several. its random all the way through 2 of the balls not sure why that happens but its not the first time this has happened to me .. Its usually right in the middle when i am almost finished the sweater.But i do love that yarn nice to work with but frustrating when that happens.
