I absolutely love this yarn, the coloring is beautiful, it’s rich and vibrant with what I feel like is a rustic aesthetic. It’s soft and sturdy. Minimal pilling and very easy to crochet with. I made kindle sleeves and a blanket. I want to keep buying more and more to make more things!

Saw this yarn in a crochet post on FB. Loved the way if looked. Super pretty, works up very nicely. Love Bitty Stripes. Hoping they keep this line and add more colors to their line up. Making a small Moss stitch baby afghan. Using an I (5.5mm) hook. It has a nice drape with the 5.5mm hook.

it may not be the softest yarn you've ever touched but it is very good quality and after a wash and dry in the machine it's going to be just as soft as you had hoped. the colors are gorgeous and it really does remind us of childhood and kindergarten with a touch of sophistication of adulthood.

I saw this advertised on Facebook so I looked on Walmart and a couple other sites to see if it was available and what price. I ended up ordering three different colors, some from Walmart and some from elsewhere. there isn't a big difference in appearance between the colors but I like all of them.

I finally bought red heart bitty stripes in the color FESTIVE! Gorgeous my favorite Christmas yard by far out there. I'm making shawl's for Christmas getting a head start😆Using Creative Grandama's tutorial on YouTube it's a very easy pattern. The yarn is a little scratchy because of the dye, but I will wash it with some fabric softener. It should be fine.

Bought the Bitty Stripes Crayon Box and Moonbeam Red Heart yarn. The Crayon Box has wonderful colors and transitions from one colour to the next gently. The Moonbeam is more muted colors but a grey hue comes out. Lovely. Yarn is a good thick #4 weight and crochets beautifully. Making a duster cardigan and the weight is perfect. Will buy again and would recommend to a friend. Would make lovely afghans and blankets. It is very well priced with lots of yardage.

I'm leaning toward knitting a shawlette pattern that I found on the internet but I might just make an "Easy Shaped Shawl" from Lion Brand since the yardages match minus one inch! The colors on this one are beautiful and I feel excited to work with it and I know that whatever I make that it will be easy to care for and it will hold up to wear and tear. Super Savers soften up nicely after the first washing.

The colors work up beautifully! The first skein was fantastic. I was disappointed with the second one to find the yarn was cut and knotted halfway through, so I had to pull out a whole sequence to rematch the colors to get my project to work up the right way. I also noticed the consistency of the yarn varied with the second skein, changing to a much thinner strand part of the way through. I have experienced this with other RHSS and other brands, so I wasn't overly surprised, just disappointed. I still loved the yarn and the way it worked up and would purchase it again.

I have bought this product in the REDHEART brand and since I've been doing all kinds of projects using this brand, I am finding that I will most likely stick this product and not buy Mainstays products because their quality I am finding so far, not as good as the results I've had by using or buying the REDHEART yarn brand.
