I have only used this item four times and it seems to work as advertised, it is to early to tell if it will help me.

While it would be better if it was battery powered, and you didn't have to be tethered to an outlet, This cap does as advertised. The light cap and baseball cap are two separate pieces. Well, a bit awkward, one fits into the other. The default to 30 minute sessions. I leave it plugged in next to my chair, and use it nightly while watching TV. Too early to see results, but hopefully it is making a difference in my mitochondria.

Warms my head, not sure yet about hairgrowth. Have not used it long enough yet. But it does warm me up when cold.

Good value. I just wish it had its own battery source. Works very well.

Experimenting

I contacted the manufacturer for better instructions and the manufacturer wouldn't provide any assistance. The manufacturer claim they could not locate my purchase, but I provided my receipt information still wouldn't help.

Did not get a power pack to plug the cap in to receive power. Only the charging cable to plug cap into wall directly was included. I should be able to move freely with a power pack while wearing the cap after it is charged. Instructions are not clear. Disappointed because I can't use cap immediately; will have to return and order another.

I had to return it. Did not work. It would not charge.

This item broke within a few months. Even when charged, it would not stay lit.
