This product was easy to assemble and it really helps. I have not dreamed in a few years due to exhaustion and stress. But lately I have dreams again after using this product. My face pours have shrank in just 6 uses and I feel less stressed when I use this product. I found the best use is when I lay down and close my eyes for 30 minutes while using this product.

If you've been looking for the best red light for your buck (that is truly in therapeutic range), this is it! I like that it is lightweight and easy to move from room to room. My skin has never looked better and the amount of peace and relaxation it brings me is unmatched. Bonus: my dogs love it too! 10/10!

This has a nice design and with hand tightening it is very easy to position and sturdy enough to not easily move. The base design leaves a little to be desired but as long as you have it angled the correct way, it should not tip easily. the light itself is nice and gives off a little warmth.

It's so easy to use and doesn't take up much space, I really like that it has a timer also being able to move it in any angel allows me to position my myself in any way I need or want to. I am using the light therapy for many beneficial reason pain being one of them It can almost cover my entire body so I am looking forward to seeing and feeling the full benefits.

This is great for a first red light, for pets, another room, or additional to a setup. It was packed well and easy to put together. The light fixture positions easily, and is a decent size for coverage. There's no specific irradiance number given. It's to be expected for the lower priced units. The total power is 24 W, but on its highest function, with a longer duration, and sitting closer to the unit, it may make up the difference. Overall, I believe it to be a good value for the money. I just received it, so there's nothing to report, as far as results. But any bit of therapeutic red light should be beneficial as long as it has both the 660nm and 850nm lights, as long as the protocol mentioned is taken into account.

Great quality, very sturdy stand and materials. Only concern is tipping over when it is set up or moved in certain directions but it has yet to actually tip.

This red light therapy is worth the money. It's really good quality, it's easy to set up and use. The adjustable stand makes it easy to target any area of your body. I can feel my skin and muscle really like this treatment, the experience is so relaxing!

I have had problems with the stand. Very unsteady. Mine has fallen over quite a few times. Thank goodness it still works. Outside of this flaw it is fine. They could give better information as to which strength light and time and frequency would be helpful.

I don't know if it is working, I seem to sleep better. I would say give it a spin and try for yourself. I have read about Red Light Therapy. I hope it works out.

I have missing pieces very disappointed because everything isn't like it's supposed to be. Now I have to send it back and hope they still have another one. Ugh.
