The plant was very small and had some issue with mites on some of the leaves.

The item was described as 2-4 feet but the "tree" was only 8 inches tall. Even if we're counting the pot it was in, it was no where near 2 feet. For the price it was very disappointing. I did decide to keep it because it's not worth the trouble of returning it but I wouldn't buy another.

The description says that it would be between 2-4 feet tall. When I got it measured 10” tall

Very small poor quality.
The "tree" was supposed to be between 2-4 feet tall. It was less that 1 foot. When I opened the tall box and looked down into it, the plant was so small I thought the tree was missing. Then I saw something down in the bottom of the box. The leaves were alive but in poor condition and there was no new growth.
