Walmart saved the day
It was bound to happen sooner or later ... a payment vaporize, never got to Red Pocket and I found out when they shut off my phone. Well, it turned out that Walmart saved the dqy by giving me a way to make a payment, get immediate credit, and do it without using the phone. It saved the day for me ...

If you're reading this, you're probably already a Red Pocket user and are familiar with the service, which I don't have many complaints about, but I do have one regarding this e-PIN Top Up, which I'll get to later. First, the positives: Buying this from Walmart is convenient(I'm assuming you're also an avid Walmart shopper), secure(the less third-party sellers, the better), and most importantly; Cheaper than buying directly through Red Pocket. This review is for the $20 e-PIN Top Up, and by buying it on Walmart, I only pay less than 2 dollars in taxes. But when I buy this exact same $20 Top Up plan directly from Red Pocket, I end up paying over 25 dollars in total because of the added fees on top of taxes. Sounds good, right? But there's a catch, which also happens to be my big complaint; I always get an error when entering my e-PIN code on my Red Pocket account, thereby forcing me to chat with customer service chat in order to accept my code. I don't know about you, but I don't like wasting time on something that I should able to do, by myself, instantously and automatically, without the need to contact customer service. So, in short; good job, Walmart. Get better, Red Pocket.

GREAT service
Easy to order and use for our son's monthly mobile service. It has been reliable and inexpensive - we have been buying this same service for 4 years - no real issues, and the coverage is great for this area in KY!

Make sure you get the correct one
Purchase %26 delivery went through without an issue however Red Pocket's redemption is left to be desired. Get only the card that matches with the plan you're on. Otherwise, Red Pocket's support will have to change it and enable it for you.
