I take these for PMS and they've been a game changer. Less cramping and way more manageable symptoms overall. Easy to take, no side effects for me, and I noticed a difference pretty quickly. I'll definitely keep these in my routine.

According to the SuppCo app, these are not the best quality. But I got them manly as an alternative to red raspberry leaf tea, and the taste of the capsules is pretty mild, so they're perfect for me!

Red raspberry Leaf
If you're digestive system is kind of slow to dissolve anything %26 you're having issues when taking other supplements/capsules, these don't have an aftertaste that most supplements do..
