I do not always react well to fat burners, but this one works! So far I am on week 6 using this in addition to some good nutrition changes and more consistent workouts, but feel this has definitely played a part in my weight loss so far. Also, energy feels up overall. I like to take this first thing in the morning and give it half hour before I eat.

I use this immediately before my 90 minutes morning cardio after I wake up. This helps keep the hunger at bay and gives a nice kick. It's a quality formula that works as a pre-cardio and daily fat burner and is probably ideal for those doing early morning cardio, fasted or not.

The flavor was really good, tasted just like pineapple juice, and paired really well with creatine powder. I really like this line of product, having less caffeine while also burning calories is awesome. In the last two weeks of on and off consumption I have lost 2 pounds. Not that it's a lot, but to be fair I have not been consistent with it. Still though awesome product 5 stars all day long.

If you're new to this kind of product, like I was, you might want to use a half-scoop at first. Plenty for me first thing in the morning. Totally helps me keep my focus and energy. I really enjoy the orange flavor and appreciate it's not full of artificial colors and other crap. I only hold off on 5 stars as I'm new to this type of product.

I went with the pineapple flavor and it's pretty good. It's probably down to preference for flavors, but will likely try a different flavor next time. As for the results of the product, it has become my morning replacement for coffee and I am satisfied with the switch. I eat a small breakfast with it, so together, it curbs my hunger so that I take a later lunch without any issue.
