This supplement does what it says and the I'm honestly not sure if it's working but I mix it with a bunch of other things like my protein shakes or pre workout drinks. Amino acid are quality if you're looking for something that helps heal and replenish muscle synthesis.

Not too sure. Glutamine isn't like cocaine. It's not like it's mimicking dopamine and blocking re-uptake.
