Grunt has significantly improved my recovery and energy in the gym. I take it daily and I have seen an upwards trend on my lifts and runs over the last couple weeks. Mix with creatine for best results.

Terrible customer service. I order this product along with some other on Black Friday. If you purchased over $100 it was to come with sweatshirt and hat. It did not. Emailed CS several times , with no response.
