This stuff is amazing, love the focus plus the energy it gives me to push thru my workouts. The extra pump is nice too
What can I say. It's pre-workout. It wires you up pretty good, makes you feel like you can punch a bear and shatter it's skull, like you can grab a rip tide by the sea foam and flip it like a blanket, and break batman's back over your knee. It's some potent stuff lemme tell you.
This is one of the best preworkout mixes I've ever used! It definitely helps me stay motivated, focused, and energized during my workouts! I am in my mid-forties, and I won't even think about using another brand! Total war absolutely helps me to kick it into high gear! Great flavor profile too!
This was formulated by a genius. The nitrates, pump, and nootropics. I'd recommend less is more... half a scoop, 200mg, gives me better workouts than 400. I just wish this had Bioperine for better absorption that Total War has, but really stellar profile
Tried this pre workout because I had enjoyed the premixed flavors that they sell at my gym, but the total war type had more ingredients and was sold as high stim so I tried it. Works great but not as pleasant tasting as the regular pre workout. I haven't tried the gummy bear, but the tigers blood is the best so far. Blue lemonade is on my no go list, I was happy when it was finally used up
Pros: Extreme alertness and focus, super pump great workout. Cons: Extra caffeine plus thermogenics a bit much for someone my size. Recommendation: Take 1/2 scoop with 1/2 scoop regular Total War to get the full dose of Citrulline. Use for longer workouts only to burn it up, and then stay warm. Otherwise, a full dose puts me in a cold sweat for about 4 hours.
honestly im a pretty avid preworkout user, and I generally use high stim products without DMHA/DMAA. my caffeine consumption fo rmy preorkout is generally minimum 300mg with some time release caffeine as well. as far as the pumps with this product I feel like its pretty solid but other then that I don't really feel a boost like I would like to but then again that might just be me being hyporesponsive. I'm sure most out there would love this pre.
Ordered Total War Black Ops in Tiger Blood. Comparing to several other preworkouts I've used the Black Ops gives a great energy boost that lasts for my entire workout. Limited "jitters" and I'm very happy with the increase in focus. That being said, Tigers Blood is nasty. I literally have to choke it down, definitely not to my liking. I will consider using the same product but will try a different flavor.
This is very strong I definitely can only take a quarter scoop a full scoop definitely way too much between the niacin and the fat burner lots of nausea plus other things need I say more but I found a happy balance using a quarter scoop and 12 ounces of water Again, like other pre-workouts, I wish they didn't rely and niacin for the tingle because it's overkill and it feels like an alert to reaction burning and tangling should not be a prerequisite for a workout
So I decided to look for a pre workout with a high caffeine dosage. This one caught my eye. I bought it on sale which was awesome. The flavor itself isn't exactly my favorite but can't complain for the amount I paid. I took about half a scoop since a full one is 400mg. Pros: - After 20-30 minutes, I felt the caffeine. - Lasted a couple hours for me. Cons: - The powder takes a while to dissolve into the water. I'm talking a good minute of vigorous shaking. I even used a blender bottle with the shaker. Still took quite a bit to dissolve. Which dependent on the person might not be a big thing. However, I am a little picky when I can feel the tiny packets of powder.
