Not that great
The container I received was old and clumped. The powder was usable but this wasn't a good pre workout. I don't care about the flavor, none of these products are tasty but that's not the reason for them . I didn't get much from this brand at all as far as energy.

i buy Redcon because it doesnt contain artificial dyes. ive been using this product for years, yet this is the only one that has color to it. it is noticably different from all the others and the flavor profile seems much more artificial than the others. I reccomend trying ANY OTHER flavor.

No energy. Waste of money.
Product is full of clumps. I thought nothing of it until I realized the clumps are very hard to dissolve. The taste was ok, but I may as well have not used it since that's the effect I got from it! Nothing. I used another brand with the same active ingredients so I knew what to expect and there was zero energy. Thinking it could have just been me, I asked my daughter to try mine instead of her MP Assault pre workout, and she got no pre workout effects either. Im requesting a refund.

Packing was opened when it was delivered
It came but it was open already so wasted my money on it I'm not very happy with this it should have never happened nor been open when I got it I couldn't even try it cause I felt maybe something was in it and I'm gonna get sick! So not happy cause I couldn't even try it
