I was nervous to order this because of the negative reviews relating to the shipping, packaging, and the pumps missing, but I had no problem with this at all! My order came with everything in the picture and no damage. And not to mention the speed! I ordered this product on a Tuesday evening around 5pm, and somehow this was delivered Wednesday morning around 10am. No complaints and I would definitely order again!

I have used this product for over 30 years and the new formulas keep getting better.

The product is fantastic. it is concentrated and doesnt require much to be effective.

The pump that came with my bottles isn't working right. Both of them are crap

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is my worst experience ever shopping . Company Name : Beaty Needs 4 you. Do not shop there. The company deliver my product on the wrong house and claims is not her problem. I ask to resend product or money back, and they refused . also they turned their massage off so I would not be able to contact them.I was even threatened by the company. Walmart issued my refund. Not everyone that claims to have a business should be allowed to sale and work with customers

The price was great which is why I decided to buy on Walmart.com. The seller, not so much. It did not come with the pumps as indicated/advertised in the “included”. Which is really important for that thick shampoo and conditioner and why I decided to buy this set. My box did not come with the pumps. I went onto walmart.com and tried to message the seller with ZERO response. That was weeks ago. The product quality is great. But they didn't make it, they're just selling it. And they failed on that part.
