oh wow. So far SO GREAT. Have used it about 1 week, my hair is NO LONGER ORANGE. After they changed the semi permanent formula from Clairol, (after DECADES of better, past product!!!) MY HAIR TURNED ORANGE. Blue shampoo this, that...I think I have found my secret. Of course, don't wash your hair as often after 50, 60 or honestly...washing does not healthen hair, .......really more than once a week! Eat pineapple. When you wash use great blue shampoo, BUT LEAVE IT ON FOR FIVE MINUTES. Shave your legs, body brillo! breathing exercises? THEN rinse. If you are then coloring, ROOTS ONLY one step semi permanents only, THEN THIS WONDEFUL PRODUCT. After rooting all the color in, I PLOP a bunch of this BLUE CONDITIONER on top, round sides. Then TAKE A NAP, HAR!. 30 mins later rinse to gleefully golden, ashy medium brown NOT ORANGE> YAY! Then ! I squeeze some into a spray bottle, dilute with water, and SPRAY SPRAY SPRAY. Before bed, before work. I HAVE CURLY HAIR. Only concern is the potential DRYING. so a MOLECULE of castor oil if we can, less washing, HAR! looking for new supplemental moisturizer. THE COLOR CORRECTION HERE is great, but your must be persistent consistent. I give it five stars, I am back in the game

Hair feels softer and easier to manage after using . Like the highlights also take's away the brassiness.

Finally found something that helped neutralize the orange brassy color in my hair. I have medium brown hair and lightened it to a blonde, about a level 8. This worked really well to get rid of the orange tone, and after just one use. Yay! Just a heads up, it did darken the blonde a bit. Now it's more like a dark blonde, but I like it. The supplier is good too. It shipped fast and no issues with the packaging.

Follow the directions! Very thick and very blue! I had never heard of this before my stylist recommended it to me. So far, so good. Make sure you rinse your hair out good.

As a rule I LOVE ordering all my supermarket shopping from Walmart. The delivery of the Redken Conditioner was an anomaly because the wrong product was delivered. I ordered the Redken Brownlights Blue Shampoo. The return was easy. Walmart sent me a label and I took the Conditioner to FedEx.

Be careful using this product. It left my hair blue for two days . I had to wash wash wash it out. Buy Joico instead.
