the item is on the higher price,,it still took some of the color out of hair..but my hair was soft and not so frizzy from the conditioner.

This product is wonderful- it smells great and does great. The only negative is the price. I feel like it's so expensive for just such a small amount.

I did some looking for a color safe shampoo. I got this and used it and I am not sure if its normal, but I prefer sudsy shampoo and a good conditioner that makes my hair feel clean and soft. This did not, after I had shampooed and then conditioned my hair felt odd. It was not smooth or silky feeling. I stayed in the shower about 5 minutes trying to make sure I got everything out of my hair. After my hair dried it felt odd, not sticky just had an odd texture. I don't know how else to describe it, but after 2 days my hair now feels normal and it does feel clean.

Didn't really do what it intended. Used as directed and saw no changes. I used it regularly, and my color didn't stay as described. I wouldn't use it again. The price alone is outrageous. I expected more, I guess, because of the cost. I was so wrong!

The product is fine. But it was shipped %26 billed twice. This made it necessary to make a trip to WMT for a refund.

The bottles were tampered with.
