Service Team goes above and beyond
Had issue not receiveing product in timely manner , so I reached out to Pamelas makeup and more service team. They were all over it, emailed me back promptly and explained the situation to me. Then refunded me my money and told me to keep the product when I received it. Now that's taking care of your customer! 💯

I like this shampoo it doesn't coat my hair gives it a bouce back and protects the color from fading so quickly

Redken Color Extend Shampoo Is A Keeper
I have used Redken products for many years and never a disappointment. A little pricey though. I would recommend this product.

I love the shampoo but I feel that the small 10 ounce size is not anywhere near worth the price of $26 and then having it shipped and it ends up at a total of $41… I suggest look elsewhere if you like the red hair color protect . I also suggest you do not use the Redken color extended magnetics .. I tried that and found it to be gross. It left my hair feeling greasy.
