Love the product but lid broke apart in shipping. Definitely appreciate the non plastic shipping envelope. Just need some extra protection for the lid.

I've used Redken's anti-frizz shampoo before and have always loved its rich, thick texture and how well it works on my hair. However, the bottles I received from Walmart's online store were noticeably different. The shampoo was much runnier than usual, which raised concerns about authenticity or possible dilution. I purchased two bottles for $75, thinking it was a good deal compared to the original store price of $55 each. But with this inconsistency, I feel like I didn't get the quality I paid for. I expected the same product as what I've purchased directly from salons or Redken-authorized retailers, but this didn't meet that standard. Would recommend caution if you're considering buying this from Walmart online.

The color of the bottle is a burnt orange. I expected a red bottle. The smell of the product is different from my past experience. I'm not sure if this is a new or old batch.
