My favorite toner to achieve rich brown hair!
I love the Redken line of toners, especially for brunettes. I like my hair to be a rich brownish red, which can be hard to achieve with other brands of color. I have an especially hard time finding red based toners and demi-permanent colors at my local beauty supply. The Redken Shades EQ turns into the perfect consistency after you mix the color gloss and processing solution. This product also has good coverage - I'm able to tone all my hair (down to the middle of my back) with one bottle of color gloss and equal parts processing solution. The end result is shiny and multi-dimensional color with minimal damage, and grow out that blends seamlessly. If you understand color theory and have some background coloring your hair at home, you should have no issues using this product.
