This product is amazing! I was a bit skeptical of ordering from here since it was my first time but I had a good experience no delays or scams. My bottle was sealed with tape to protect the bottle from any spills and had support inside the box which was amazing and shipping was fast too! i would recommend and would be repurchasing!

Paul's wife here! This was my first time coloring my hair and a stylist friend recommended shades EQ, because I really just wanted to blend my grays. Some of the reviews here freaked me out, but I bought it anyway and it processed perfectly. It's definitely not water lol It was really well packaged and the safety seal was intact. I bought 03NB for the color. I'm off to review that next.

So glad to find this on Walmart.com - the pandemic causing me to stay away from the salon was not making my work life via Zoom video calls very comfortable. Fortunately, my hairdresser had been using ShadesEQ for several years, so I knew the brand and color number. This developer was exactly the companion to the Redken color: I dumped the color into a bowl then filled up the color bottle with this developer (it's a 1 to 1 ratio). My color actually came out exactly like it did at the salon. Very grateful!

I bought this for my wife, we couldn't find it anywhere else. Product as described and a good price. End result also looked nice! Fast shipping from Walmart which was also nice. Would recommend.

Processor was perfect. Worked with the EQ gloss to create an unbelievable shine. will order again!

I called to see if I could change delivery address. Agent said best to cancel order. I told him to cancel well in advance of delivery but it still came. Problem was I had already moved.

I never received my order. It said delivered at mailbox and there was nothing there. There is no confirmation delivery photo either.

The item never arrived and I've sent three notices
