Secure the lids before mailing, whole bottle waste
I ordered this from Giuseppes beauty, when it arrived the box was wet, the entire bottle had spilled inside of the box, the lid was not on the bottle. I contacted the seller and provided pictures, they did not respond, Walmart had to escalate the issue.

Fake product
Product came unsealed. It was a cream developer that was in it not a gel developer that I had ordered. I believe that it's fake or it was a return of someone else that was sent to me. Not recommended.

Definitely a fake
I paused when there was no seal on the bottle. But I went ahead and used it. I wasted my products and my time because it did not leave ANY color on my hair. This is the first time that this has happened to me from any retailer. Now I find it would cost me half the price of the product to buy shipping materials to return it.
