This tastes good. Not sure I notice a difference in how it makes me feel but I like that it encourages me to drink more water. The price is ridiculous though for how tiny this container is. It's really not a good value.
I like that drinking this stopped my heart palpitations...NO kidding. It is cheaper than another name brand. It's probably way more expensive than buying the individual ingredients and mixing my own batch, but it is certainly convenient. I can handle the unflavored taste (salty) because I know it's helping me and it's not just all that offensive to me. I don't buy flavored because I don't like stevia sweetener. I recommend this product for electrolyte replacement!!
Taste is great - you do have to build up to a full scoop to get used to the salt taste but it's good! I feel so much better having added electrolytes to my water. This is real salt so one of the cleaner versions of electrolyte powder on the market. It does way more for my energy and general feeling of well-being than some of the more well-known packets or powder.
My son and I've been working on doing clean fast and these are amazing product for that. Really helps. Keep the electrolytes going in the body while you're doing a clean fast. They taste good. They're not too salty and they really do the job! The watermelon lime is a little different but all the other flavors are fabulous. I wish we could see a raspberry one in there!
This has made a difference that I feel in a very short time. I prefer the flavors I chose over others that are too sweet or sugary. Very good product!
Its healthier and tastes like a sugar filled sports drink. It provides some of those pink natural salts while having stevia and other natural flavors instead of sugar and artificial flavors.
This brand work for me better than others I have tried. The flavors are just right not too sugary but great tasting. I just hope they get the tea lemonade flavor in packets because in my area the humidity makes separate packets better than tubs.
I bought this for extra hydration for my kidneys. Not sure if it's helping with that, but it's delicious and mixes easily.
Product mixes well with water. It has lots of minerals that sink to the bottom and if you drink them it's very gritty like swallowing sand. yuck! Tastes okay. I think that drinking this product after one month raised my blood pressure due to the salt content. I've never had elevated BP until recently- coincidence?? Hummmm???
The powder does not dissolve completely in cold water. Even when I boil the water, there is still residue in the bottom of the pan. I make a weeks worth at a time and keep it in the refrigerator. By the time I use the mixture, there is no residue at the bottom of the jars. Either I didn't get the residue into the jars or the residue finally dissolved. I like the taste, like the value, but it is hard to use. The ingredients are what I wanted, but I wonder what the brown residue actually is.
