Although these electrolytes are expensive, they have a great taste. I have tried many flavors and have never been disappointed. The included scoop helps ensure you get the perfect amount every time. I do wish they came at a lower price point, but the quality is better than other brands I have tried. These were helpful through pregnancy and postpartum and are great before or after a workout. The taste is refreshing and I actually enjoy drinking it. It's hard to beat the ingredients and the lack of sugar in these.

My son has POTS and the doctor told us that he needs more salt and electrolytes. I love using Redmond Re-Lyte because it doesn't contain sugar, has a good amount of sodium, and it uses natural, unrefined salt. Also, for the quality, the price is half what you would pay for many other brands, so it saves us money. I highly recommend it!

I love the brand Relyte. Simple to use and great taste. Only gave a 4 star bevause it isn't my favorite flavor (still tastes good though).
