Excellent source of many minerals. Best salt I bought

I use this salt for everything, including pressure canning meats. Its full of minerals! After finding out that its DETRIMENTAL to your health to be on a low-sodium diet, I decided to start using salt. I NEVER use the salt thats BLEACHED white and processed. Then I found this salt. Mined right here in the USA!!! Unprocessed. Full of minerals! It truly brings out the flavor of EVERYTHING I use it on. Worth every cent. I now buy it by the pound and pour into a shaker. Its cheaper that way.

The salt tastes great, and the bottle has a shaker top. However, the grains are coarse, so it doesn't work well in a salt shaker made for fine-ground salt.

I was advised to us better sail whe cooking; so i did. The taste was better and i don't have to us much.

It took me a little bit to get used to a courser ground but the taste is wonderful and after using it for a bit I've adjusted to it. I will be replacing all of my salt with it.

Redmonds salt is the best! Love that is if full of minerals and it tastes great!

Amazing taste what a difference

I like using Redmond's salt and knowing it comes from their mine in Utah. It is great on any food item you would apply salt to. The Gourmet Kosher sea salt is a coarser grain than the fine salt.

1. Walmart put barcode labels right on the front of the shakers. They look ugly and are not quickly or easily removed. 2. The lid for the coarse grind has one side for “shaking,” but the holes are gigantic. I will be unable to use it as a shaker. These may be suitable for adding salt to a soup or a pot roast, etc., but for adding to eggs or something, I need smaller holes to control over-salting. I will not buy this again, nor recommend it based solely on the packaging issues.

You can't use it table salt in salter until making it fine to be able to pass via the top! The granule of salt are as for a ground salt, to big to use with the small salter provided. So ,if you want to use at table get another seller. Anyway , the salt grain are too big to use at table, only in kitchen.
