Customer service is A+. The service team answered all my questions and got me all the solar control settings I needed very fast. The new look for the batteries look great and they perform very well so far.

I became aware of these lithium are batteries by watching the "Like It's No Tomorrow" RV podcast and they strongly recommended the Redodo brand. They were rated well and the price presented a great value over other brands that I researched. They came in on time and in perfect condition. They are heavy and well designed and built. I have not had a chance to use them yet but am looking forward to it When the spring get's to Colorado. So far very pleased with the customer service, the product, and the price.

The batteries were delivered in good time and the customer support has been quick to give excellent answers to my questions.

This is the 3rd battery purchase from Redodo. My previous two was the 100ah battery purchase a few months apart. So far, they are all working great.

Installed the battery several months ago and finally got the chance to really check it out. Installed into a travel trailer with the intention of powering a microwave oven through a 2000W inverter. Everything worked perfectly with the BMS able to easily handle the load. Did use it for long for that purpose, but used it for many days without issues.

We added additional solar panels to our new camper. The 2 batteries we got from the dealership only gave us 65 Amps of usable power. Well, first time out we had to hook up the truck 3 times in 2 days. Installed redodo and next time out power was not a problem.

Good price, space economic. Downside is only 5 year warranty, (competitors offer 10 years). Good delivery communication. Negative experience was packaging - secured in outer and inner box. Inner box labeled “This side up” so battery was tipped sideways and upside down in transit. Contacted Redodo with concern- was told “Charge battery to see if it's viable”. So I paid labor costs (my battery installation requires disassembly of bed) to charge battery before installation. Solution- label outer box appropriately, provide fore warning to charge and check viability prior to installation. That's my feedback.
