Redpath Icing Sugar, 1kg/2.2lbs., {Imported from Canada}

Icing sugar is pretty much icing sugar. But I love the history of this once Canadian company. Redpath started out in Montreal in 1854. Unfortunately it is now owned by an american sugar conglomerate (ASR group), but they still employ Canadians in their Ontario refinery which is what we like to see! Rogers (Lantic) is still Canadian owned and has plants across the country so it's my first choice but Redpath also employs Canadians and is a good choice too.

Redpath Icing Sugar is my go-to for baking. It blends smoothly into frostings and glazes without clumping, and the sweetness is just right—not overpowering. Whether I'm making buttercream or dusting pastries, it delivers consistent, professional results every time.

Excellent product of longstanding and a baking necessity for certain types of cookies and making various icings for cakes and cupcakes. A fine bagged sugar that mixes smoothly in your butter medium. Good shelf life if stored in airtight container away from heat.
