This really gives us a little boost of energy and eases our nausea/ GERD! Was without it for a couple weeks before I managed to order more and we noticed the negative difference. The price is a bit high (but cheaper than a similar product from my N.D.) , but we will continue to order as much as possible, since this actually works %26 isn't something horrible that you have to choke down.
My doctor was surprised with my A1C now under 7. She had always encouraged me to go on Oral Medication. I wanted to try it The Pure Health Research way. I'm happy I did. Thank you!
Initially, I thought Metabolic REDS Plus was gonna be a one time deal for me. That was May of 2023 and I've been using it every week day since. See, before it was discontinued in March of 2023, I had been using Jacked Factory's Red Surge for years; it was my go-to "Red" superfood powder and even after it was discontinued... I really just thought, it'll be back soon enough, but it never did comeback. PureHealth Research's Metabolic REDS Plus, while not 1:1 with Jacked Factory's Red Surge, was the only one out of a series of "Red" superfood powders I tried that had what I wanted, tasted great, blended well, and left me feeling good like Jacked Factory's Red Surge did, but, over time, I also realized how much more PureHealth Research's Metabolic REDS Plus had to offer compared to, not only Jacked Factory's Red Surge, but the many "Red" superfood powders out there and, honestly, I will, hands down, recommend it to anyone struggling to find "Red" superfood powder that works.
As a 75-year-old, I found the Metabolic REDS to give me the energy I need to get through my day. As an author I work many evenings into early morning. I also like to walk my dogs and play pickleball. I needed more energy with my hectic schedule, and I got it. However, I still haven't seen any weight loss which is my only issue.
I've been having issues with digestion for awhile and have tried other products, as soon as I started taking this I noticed immediately, great product decided I had to subscribe!

I am going to try not to be too graphic while writing my review. Metabolic REDS is a must for all adults!! The next day I used MR, I went to the Bathroom 3 times! I usually go to the Bathroom once a day. It continues to amaze me and I will continue to used MR for as long as I can afford it. Fantastic Product and kudos to the PUREHEALTH Research team!! 5 Stars all the way , cheers.
