I would highly recommend this product to those who want a simpler and cleaner way to deal with the litter box. The one thing that is missing is a way to prevent a second pet to enter after the cleaning process has started. It will stop, but it doesn't restart after the second pet leaves

This self cleaning litter box is the best! So easy to change and it is nice to have a clean litter box all the time for my cats. My cats love it and adapted to it from a regular litter box immediately. I love the app that lets me know when it needs to be changed also. I emailed customer service on a question and they were quick to respond, so friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this litter box.

this has definitely made it easier to be a cat parent. easy to setup, connecting to wifi was a little extra thought effort. has saved money on cat litter. identifying between 3 cats usage has been awkward, but there isnt any health concerns for need to monitor. at times the barrel has stopped without fully compelting cycle - maybe one of the cats has tried to enter after another exited and the auto stop wasnt canceled automatically when area cleared?

The basket that catches the litter the bag doesn't go in it very well at all so the light stays on and the tub will not turn over as long as the light is on. I have changed the bag a dozen times it alway says it is full and the only way u can make it empty the tub is by unplugging the machine and plugging it back in. The way the bag fits in there it register that the bin is full all the time.

This is a horrible product. We used it for exactly 8 months and the whole thing just quit working. I have spent three weeks trying to get the seller to honor their one year warranty to repair. I sent them a video and they admitted that it was damaged and not working correctly. Then they reneged on their one year warranty and is not going to repair it. They could really care less about whether the consumer is satisfied or not. Just realize once you purchase this product you won't ever get it repaired or even an offer for a refund and Walmart continues to do business with this fraudulent company. Walmarts refund is only for 90 days so you're on your own if this litter box breaks, and it will. Spend your money on some other product, not made by this company

Assembly instructions were written in poorly worded English. It worked for 5 months and now it's broken. It won't fully turn and gets stuck. I have done trouble shooting, cleaning it, even cleaned the motor. Don't waste your money

i have 3 cats, only one would go into this litter box. And when it would cycle it didn't get the mess all the time and it would get all in between the drums and walls. i took it all apart and cleaned it up and returned it. i bought it for a third of its asking price and it wasn't even worth that.

Purchased in November and it no longer works constantly tumbles in the empty mode. Turned it off overnight hoping it might reset. The QR code for service no longer works. i knew the quality wouldn't be as good as the litter robot but was willing to try it. The app was not very good either. Don't make the mistake i made. For the price, it should have lasted much longer.

We purchased this litter box 2 months ago. It is stuck in cleaning mode and continuously cycles, making it unusable. No response from customer service after multiple attempts. I will update my review if things are made right, but as of now, it was a waste of $300, with no option to refund or exchange.

the instructions in the book of how to set up when you start are not clear. also there is no phone number or website or email to get ahold anyone for help. I downloaded the app but after I did that it wouldn't accept my wifi and when I tried to put in my password for my router it would not let me finish or explain why
