Arrived fully assembled. Easy to set up app. My cat started using it right away. I have only had it for a week but so far so good! It's very quiet and the app is easy to use.

Very easy to connect to the app! Overall, great but would like a bit bigger dirt pan. However, like the overall size, so a bigger dirt pan probably couldn't happen without increasing overall size! My cats %26 kittens love it %26 use it!

Own 2litter robots for 3 yrs now … they have started giving me troubles so I bought this brand .. it's smaller no bells and whistles but so far it's working very well,my cats have used it multiple times and it cleans as it should.

Love it wish I had bought one sooner

I like how the machine cleans it off for you without you having to bend down and spend so much time cleaning all the mess and scooping it up, and saves you on sand and only uses the necessary without you having to waste so much sand after each pick up.

It is saving on liter and stopping my dogs form getting into to. The app doesn't notify when it needs more liter. You have to check. They may be a better app, Are I just don't know how to use it. For the most part it great.

Purchased two of these units. One works fine. The other has been troublesome. It gets stuck during cleaning, and the only way to clear it is to use the app and reset, then clean again. After a couple of promising emails from the company, there has been no communication for five days now to fix the problem. We will be keeping one, returning the other.

Complete waste of money. It is always smelling. I end up cleaning it more than my old basic litter box. That is not an easy task. Very heavy lifting drum in and out. ...Out to dumpster it goes.

DO NOT BUY Spent $350 on this thing for it to not work out of the box. When it start to do a clean it sounds like it is missing a gear. You have to stand and watch it and give it a nudge when it stops. I can't have it on automatic as I do t want it to burn up when it gets stuck when a cat gets out. Have sent multiple emails to the shipper and no response. This thing is huge so sending back will also be difficult. Would love to have a replacement but the only option they give is for you to ship back for a refund. I thought maybe cleaning it would give us better results but nope still not working.
