I bought this to use at amusement parks on vacation. It's a bit on the heavy side, especially to carry around for hours. Seems to keep ice ok, but nothing remarkable. The lid is secure, and does not leak. The straw will leak if you shake it hard upside down, or place it in a manner that manipulates the straw to where the rubber seal opens (like in a backpack). Keep in mind that you have to bite the straw to open the seal to drink, so it's a little awkward to use for me. I also don't particularly care for the taste of rubber, but if you want a cup that's 95% non-leaking this is a solid choice.

It started out working well. And then it started leaking around the straw. And if you don't tighten the lid really snug. It will leak. It has a lifetime warranty on it. But they want you to take pictures and videos of the problem. If want to submit a claim. When all they have to do is send me a replacement lid and straw.

Bought as a dopamine booster on a particularly hard mental day. Tried washing it immediately upon arriving home to find the stickers they put on the lid to be lacking the reduced motto and the strong hold of Gorilla Glue. After an hour of picking at it (while debating which road sign to throw it at) I finally got all but one peice off.. I named it barnical bob. On an upbeat note, my water is nice and cold. I'm basically a fish so it won't long enough to hold it to the 38h test tho.

the keeps juming threads and getting stuck. currently cant get it off!!! The ice melts quicker then it does in some of the other ones. if it werent for the lid getting stuck I would give 5 stars.

It's a cute cup but has a major design flaw. There's no pressure relief hole so your drinks will spontaneously spout out of the top of the straw. It's does keep drinks cold and hot but, I've stained 3 shirts in the past week with iced coffee because of this.

Cup is cute. The color is popping but it doesn't stay cold. It says it stays cold for 32 hours but my ice melts overtime over night. For the price of almost $30 I was hoping it would stay cold at least 8 hrs.

This tumbler is spill proof and is very cute...but the stickers this manufacturer chose to put on the lid are AWFUL! The stickers will not come off. I've ordered two, thinking the one I got must've been an anomaly, but the second one was just as bad. The stickers are on the clear lid, and are like plastic decals. The edges come off, but the middle is stuck like glue. I tried heat, rubbing alcohol, everything. Short of using a razor to scrape it off, which would leave scratches, there is no possible way to remove them. please use different stickers or dont put them on the lid surface. I cannot stand the look of the half ripped stickers, so I will return both :(
