This ball is the perfect weight. It is not too heavy nor too light. It can be used for so many exercises. The feel of the ball is nice and doesn't hurt or become uncomfortable on my hands. This has become one of my favorite workout devices. It is so easy to use but makes a difference.

My whole family loves this weight ball by Reebok. Coming in at 10lbs our 8yo, 10yo and my husband and I can all use this. I mainly use it for crunches. My boys for throwing sideways to have a better explosion for hitting fingers in baseball and my husband uses it for a total workout. This has a great outside shell. It will take a beating and is like an outdoor basketball with its rubbery bumps. I highly recommend this for your at home gym and workouts.

First of all the color is gorgeous! It has a porous surface so it is better to grip during a good workout when your hands get sweaty. It's a nice balanced weight and overall easy enough to use. Even the kiddos use it for sensory at times. A win over all for Reebok sports equipment.

This is a nice medicine ball. It's made well and the seams are good and I imagine it lasting a long time. It is smaller than I expected but it is still works great for the exercises I use it for. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it smelled so bad when I first got it. So I just left it outside for a couple days and the smell went completely away. Would recommend.

I really like having a medicine ball over using dumbbells for certain exercises because the medicine ball is easier to handle and balance compared to dumbbells. This medicine ball resembles a basketball in terms of size and texture. The texture makes it easy to grip. One thing I dislike is that the ball has a super strong plastic/rubbery odor that was immediately apparent upon unpacking it. I couldn't stand the smell and tried leaving the ball outdoors for a few days hoping it would dissipate. The odor did improve but I can still smell it. Overall, this is a useful ball, but not good for anyone who might be sensitive to strong odors.
