I'm a woman, but I didntsee anything similar made specifically for women, I bought these. My right knee had a small tear in one of the ligaments, which sometimes continues to cause discomfort after some activities or exercises. Whenever I feel pain in that knee, I wear these for a day or two and the pain goes away. I was surprised how well they seem to work, because they're quite comfortable when wearing them, even though they're not loose, and I wear them under regular slacks. I bought them based on other reviews that said they help support injured body parts.

I bought these for me, because I needed something that would be better than my bikes shorts, I have a dislocated Right Pelvis and Right Knee has had surgery on its, I couldn't find what I needed for my Right Knee and Dislocated Pelvis problems so I decided to try these out too see if it would work out for this issues, the VA has not corrected the problem since I had a Motorcycle Accident in the 80's.

I did this Review already, I said that I bought them for my Broken Dislocated Pelvis problems that I am having trouble with, I have worn all 3 pairs of these compression parts any them help me control the pain and I can walk better when I wear them, I can also do house work longer than I did before I bought them.

Very good and comfortable.

Size smaller than I read. Also, not never tight cloth ever sees thru.

First - of these tights are lined even though the description doesn't indicate it so think UA COLDGEAR . Definitely not the hot gear lineup. Secondly- the fit was perfect the first time wearing them, maybe even a little looser than expected HOWEVER after washing in cold water they shrink up everywhere to include length (tried 2 pair in different machines and they both shrink up 2 sizes)
