The backpack is exactly as pictured. It is really good quality and it had lots of pockets for storage. The shoulder straps are really comfortable to wear all day.

The backpack seemed that it was good quality, but unfortunately it was too small for my daughter (16-year-old/high school student). We ended up returning.

Paid for 2 back packs at the Hartford flatbush Walmart only received 1 and walmart still wouldn't refund the one not received good way to steal from people who trust that walmart would deliver.
