So this is adorable!!
I bought this dress for my 3-year old daughter. She's petite, about 27 lbs. It's still a little loose in the chest for her. This material is meant to be tight, so consider that when selecting your sizing. There are shorts built into this dress- which I love. But beware that your daughter will have to take the dress all the way off if you're potty training. I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing, as I'm working on my daughter being able to dress herself. The color is beautiful and she absolutely loves it.

I bought this one size larger than my daughter is hoping it will fit for tennis lessons next spring. Love the shorts under the skirt. The green color is really pretty! The quality looks great.
