Looks like good socks but I received wrong size

I liked the colors . they were very, very thin. I was not looking for something like that. everyone is different. I recommended this if you want really thin socks

good for around the home wear

These socks are very lightweight, and I love the colors. I have an issue with the stitching on the name written across the toes of the socks. I have attached a picture of the socks turned inside out so you can decide for yourself if the stitching might be an irritant for you. I am keeping them, but I would not buy them for myself again.

These are not the socks that I ordered. I ordered ankle socks. I actually use the chart that you have available for the socks. The first pair, my daughter said that she needed socks, so I'll let her have them. I went ahead and purchased another set of socks when they came in they were no-shows. I called customer care. They said they would have somebody to call me within 48 hours. it didn't happen, I wrote customer care. They said someone would call me within 48 hours again it hasn't happened. Was it gonna take for someone to finally get in touch with me about both of my orders?
