My neighbor has the same product. I bought another jack from Amazon and it was awful; However, Amazon returned my purchase price, but did not have the same jack that Walmart had so I ordered from Walmart. I expected a delay like from Amazon, but it arrived the next day. I plan to do more shopping online at Walmart. Way to go, Walmart!
