Taste is almost as good as home made
Hard to find in store. Glad I can order for a reasonable price. Don't know what the neg. review was about, but I've had many hollandaise sauces and this one is very good considering it's convience. Just open jar, add to my hot dish and reheat in micro. For a short time. Store in frig. Small amount goes a long way.

Love this product!
Love this product-can warm in the microwave! great for asparagus and eggs benedict! Only place I can get it now for a reasonable price.

taste is good
The consistency surprised me when I opened the jar. Looks almost like marshmallow fluff (except yellow). I warm it in the microwave and it becomes more liquid, like a heavy cream sauce. The taste is good, and one jar is good for many servings.

went bad months before best by date
I bought this for over a decade because it is great taste for not being fresh - and I am not wasting any of it if I only want a bit of it. I bought the 6 jars and was pleasantly surprised that a March purchase had best buy dates in December. But 4 of the last 5 have separated in the jar - which I had never seen. And the one left that did not separated - did not smell like Hollandaise sauce - even after warmed up. So beware that it smells like you anticipate that it should. I have never seen this happen before in my history with this product. I am hoping that while shipping it is not exposed to high temperatures causing it to spoil before it should....... will try one more time with this supplier....

Terrible!
If I could give this sauce an actual negative 5 stars, I would! Worst thing I've ever tasted, literally EVER! What a waste of $32. We threw away 5 unopened jars and 1 that was opened but not eaten. It tasted like a horrible lemon paste. I can't even describe how bad this really was..... I ended up making the packaged brand that I normally use. 100% I DO NOT recommend this!!!

It's lousy! Was hoping it would taste like Knorr's Hollandaise sauce, which for some reason is really tough to get. Don't waste your money. I'll be making mine from scatch from now on.
