party time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Classic peanut butter cup in a snack size bite! So tasty, cream chocolate just melts in your mouth, with a great peanut butter center. Taste so good! Individually wrapped, so they dont crumble in the package. Good luck trying to not eat they entire bag in one sitting!
This candy has changed its ingredients so much that its not even that same favorite candy I grew up with. It no longer has that creamy peanut butter taste to it. That use to be the best part about Reeses. The candy size has also shrunk dramatically, where as the prices for this candy have dramatically increased. I would love to be able to taste an original Reeses from back in the 90's again. Nothing else can compare to its original taste.
A little holiday twist on the traditional Reese's cups! These are perfect for putting in easter baskets. I wish the ratio of chocolate to peanut butter was a bit more even as it is definitely for a peanut butter lover!! They are great for a two bite snack that tastes delicious but you can't eat a ton in one sitting.
Seems like every time I buy a Reese's candy, whatever it is, but especially the normal 2 pk cups they are just not very good. The chocolate is dull & waxy & fake tasting. I can see by reviews here, and comments on Reddit I am not the only one who's noticed. It's so disappointing, I don't buy Reeses's nearly as much as I did. The chocolate equivalent to Palmer's chocolate now. Please go back to the old chocolate recipe. You are doing the peanut butter filling, and your customers, a great disservice.
Lived in Hershey 13 years. Husband worked at MHS. Shared fresh chocolate with friends/family while there. Have since moved to FLORIDA. Not sure what has changed with the composition of the Reese's line, but it's bad. Last two purchases have been very disappointing. Won't buy again for some time. Shameful. Not sure it's worth the money you'll save in ingredients, if people stop buying the product.
I am so disappointed in the Reese's peanut butter eggs. I have been eating them for over 60 years and the recipe has definitely changed. We pay more, but get less like everything else. There is a slim chocolate on the outside now, not like it once was. Discouraged.
Waxy tasting chocolate coating and peanut butter crème? Fresh Reese's Peanut butter cups used to be my favorite indulgence. Not anymore! I've resorted to making my homemade version due to the inedible poor quality ingredients. No way I'll spend a penny on this toxic tasting so called treat. And the portion shrinkflation is reprehensible. So much disrespect for their customers!
I thought I had a bad bag of Reese's hearts shapes but I remember the Christmas bells tasting the same. The chocolate tastes cheap and the peanut butter tastes bland. im a big fan of Reese's and I'm worried all their Reese's will taste like their new holiday treats.
As someone who has a lot of food sensitivities and is Gluten Free, Reese's PB cups were one constant in my life I could rely on. I eat one every night, sometimes two a day. For the past several months (atleast, probably longer) it is clear something has changed to the quality. A once fresh pack, no longer tastes fresh. Hints of a stale, chemical taste leave you not wanting to finish it. It's amazing that one of the worlld's most popular and successful candies has to resort to this and pins it on "innovation and cocoa prices", this is greed through and through. A company with pride in their product and a appreciation for their success would not do this. I hope Hershey's realizes we live in a time where real impact to one's bottomline is very much a reality when cutting corners and reverts back to the original recipe. Until then I'll have to find a replacement.
